Xu (Peter) Zhou
Xu earned his Ph.D. in Food Engineering from Washington State University. He is now a Post-Doctoral Scholar with Dr. Ilias Tagkopoulos at AIFS, UC Davis, where he works on AI applications in food processing. Before UC Davis, Xu was a Research Scientist at University of Washington and a Post-Doc at Washington State University.
