A Framework for Bioactive Discovery and Production

This project aims to (a) create a pipeline for screening peptides in food related to antimicrobial, antiflammatory, and obesity-related activities, (b) develop predictors for biochemical pathways that generate bioactive compounds influencing human health and sensory from various chemical compounds.
