AIFS is a co-host of a meeting on January 17 at UC Davis titled “AI + Food Systems Data to Enhance Human and Planetary Health”. Along with the other co-hosts, IIFH (Innovation Institute for Food and Health) and The Rockefeller Foundation’s Periodic Table of Food Initiative, we are discussing how to use AI to accelerate innovation in food for nutrition.
