About Kieran
Kieran obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is now working as postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, Davis, investigating the quantification material flow, chemical composition and economic value of key byproduct streams in California food processing.
